A lot of hotels talk about their customer service. Here at the Magic Castle Hotel, we live it.
We’re not about stuffy ambiance and rigid policy—rather, we strive to offer the friendliest,
most personalized and accommodating service to every one of our customers.
Want to take a quiet nighttime dip in the pool? All we ask is that you don’t disturb your
fellow guests. A bit late for breakfast? We’ll make a tray up specially. Need to check out a
bit past the posted checkout time? We’ll work something out.
When you’re sunning by the pool in the summer, don’t be surprised to see a white-gloved
attendant coming around with Popsicles and ice-cold towels infused with rosemary and
mint. Not just once, but every hour, on the hour. Little touches like this make all the
difference, in our opinion.
Above all, we aim to surpass your expectations. To put a smile on your face.
And of course, to see you again, whenever you next visit Hollywood.

If you stay at the hotel, can you get a guest pass to the Magic Castle? And if so, can you use it on the same visit???? Thanks for reply
Ms. Strok,
Thank you for your question. As a guest of Magic Castle Hotel, you are granted access to the club. We at the hotel must make the reservation for you. This is a privilage during your stay, not before or after. There is a cover charge of around $25 per person to get in, plus the cost of dinner…which is required. All must be at least 21 years of age, unless it is for a weekend brunch at which families are welcome. There is also a strict dress code, although this is more relaxed for brunch. Please visit http://www.MagicCastle.com for dress code details. Also…please make sure your reservations with the club are made before your arrival to avoid dissapointment. There is no place like this in the world…it is really amazing.
Sincerely,
Darren Ross
You don’t get a guest pass, but the hotel will book dinner reservations for you. You pay the $20 cover charge and have dinner. Once you’re finished with dinner, you go around the castle and explore. You can see all the shows and everything. Hope that helps!
No you don’t get a pass to the castle. I stayed at the magic castle hotel last year and we had a separate booking for the magic castle. You have to have a member of the castle book the reservation for you, you can’t just call up if you’re not a member. The member doesn’t have to be with you on the night though, hope this helps.
