More Than You Expect

A lot of hotels talk about their customer service. Here at the Magic Castle Hotel, we live it.

Want to take a quiet nighttime dip in the pool?  All we ask is that you don’t disturb your
fellow guests.  A bit late for breakfast?  We’ll make a tray up specially.  Need to check out a
bit past the posted checkout time? We’ll work something out.

When you’re sunning by the pool in the summer, don’t be surprised to see a white-gloved
attendant coming around with Popsicles and ice-cold towels infused with rosemary and
mint. Not just once, but every hour, on the hour. Little touches like this make all the
difference, in our opinion.
