I stayed at the magic castle hotel last year and we had a separate booking for the magic castle. You have to have a member of the castle book the reservation for you, you can't just call up if you're not a member. The member doesn't have to be with you on the night though, hope this helps. You pay the $20 cover charge and have dinner. Once you're finished with dinner, you go around the castle and explore. You can see all the shows and everything. Hope that helps! There is a cover charge of around $25 per person to get in, plus the cost of dinner...which is required. All must be at least 21 years of age, unless it is for a weekend brunch at which families are welcome. There is also a strict dress code, although this is more relaxed for brunch.
