Just in case you’re unable to appear, please review this policy carefully prior to making your reservation.

Overview

We understand that travel plans can change. To ensure fairness to all guests and allow us to make other reservations, the following cancellation and refund policy applies. By completing a reservation, you agree to these terms.

Cancellation Notice Requirement

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival will be subject to the fees outlined below.

How to Cancel

If you booked directly with the hotel (via our website, phone, or email), please contact us directly to cancel your reservation.

If you booked through a third party (such as Expedia, Booking.com, travel agent), you must cancel through that provider.

Please retain your cancellation confirmation number for your records.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, or failure to arrive for your reservation, will result in:

  • A charge equal to one (1) night’s room rate plus applicable taxes
  • This fee is non-refundable

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as illness, flight delays, or weather disruptions.

Refunds

For direct bookings that were prepaid:

  • A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to arrival
  • Refunds are processed to the original form of payment and typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution

For third-party bookings:

  • Refunds are subject to the policies of the booking provider

Reservation Modifications

Changes to reservation dates or details are subject to availability and may affect the rate.
Requests made within 48 hours of arrival may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, and standard cancellation fees may apply.
