Yes. Guests can stop by the front desk any time for packaged snacks. There are over 20 items including Kit-Kat, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, M&Ms, Sour Patch Kids, Cookies, Chips, Granola Bars, and more. This is meant to be a fun convenience for guests. If they are hungry for a snack, they can come down and ask for one.

Yes. Self-serve daily from 10:00 a.m. through late evening. If children want to be a part of turning on the Ice-Cream Machine for the day, they simply need to ask.

An actual “hotline”. Guests pick up the red phone by the pool and a live person answers, “Popsicle Hotline”. Then, they ask for a popsicle and a few moments later, a team member wearing white gloves carrying a silver tray of Popsicles appears. Guests take their Popsicle and enjoy. There is no charge for this service and it’s available 24-hours a day.
